Vivo has launched two new smartphones Vivo X20 and X20 Plus in China. The main highlight of these devices is their FullView Super AMOLED display. Both the phones have many similarities to each other. The Vivo X20 features a 6.01-inch 1080 x 2160p (18:9) Full HD display, while the Plus variant comes with the 6.43-inch display having the same resolution, and both the panels are Super AMOLED.
Both the smartphones are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 chipset with an integration of Adreno 512 GPU. Dual Rear Camera – 12-megapixels f/1.8 + 5-megapixels rear cameras, and on the front side, both have 12-megapixels, f/2.0 front-facing snapper.
The company also pointed out Face Wake feature, that uses facial recognition technology to unlock the device as low as 0.1 sec, as per the company’s claim. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the back.Both the mobile comes with 4GB RAM coupled with 64GB storage. Vivo X20 arrives with 3,250 mAh battery, and X20 Plus carries comparatively larger 3,900 mAh battery. X20 supports AK4376A Hi-Fi audio chip for enhanced sound experience whereas X20 has ES9318 DAC. Both the mobile comes with Android Nougat 7.1.1 out of the box.
Vivo X20 is priced at 2,998 RMB, X20a Plus costs 3,398 RMB and the larger X20 Plus costs 3,498 RMB. Phones comes with Gold, Rose Gold, and Matte Black color options. All these smartphones will be available for pre-bookings starting from September 25, while the actual sales will start from 30 September.
