Miami-based company BLU has rolled out an update to its Life One X2 smartphone, due to the update the smartphones are locked and users are requested to enter the password to unlock, but users said the password they entered was being rejected.

Now the company has confirmed that they have fixed the issue and the company will rollout as a new software update with the fix. Company also mentioned that the fix is only for users who did not factory reset their phone or exceeded the amount of pin attempts.
Here the company did not clarified what caused the issue.
