As Xiaomi is getting ready for the launch of Mi Mix 2S on March 27 in Shanghai, a leaked video of it is in circulation. The short hands-on video shows a few things to expect from the Mi Mix 2S and is similar to the one that surfaced a few weeks ago.
The Mi Mix 2S is the second generation Mi Mix with better specs and minus the weird selfie camera position. The video shows that the phone’s bezels are quite thin but the bottom bezel is hardly visible. It also looks like the Mi Mix 2S’s notch for the front-facing camera is conveniently on the top right corner of the screen and obscures less of the screen than the iPhone X. The video also shows parts of the Mi MIX 2S’UI, which is Xiaomi’s MIUI OS.
A similar leaked video a few weeks back showed the user using edge-of-screen gestures to switch from one app to another similar to the iPhone X. The phone did not have a menu bar which is great for some and not so great for some. The phone’s back side popped up quite recently, suggesting that the phone will sport two cameras on its back, which will be vertically-aligned.
