Samsung has released Android Oreo to Verizon and T-Mobile customers before shortly, and now the update is available for Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ customers on Sprint as well. The Galaxy S8 update weighs 1548.94MB and carries version number G955USQU2CRB9, while the Galaxy S8+ update weighs 1513.01MB and carries version number G955USQU2CRB9.

The update brings the Oreo features such as autofill, picture-in-picture, and notification dots. Update brings the Android Security patch level to February 1. Samsung’s latest UI Samsung Experience 9.0 brings Edge screen improvements like settings for better Edge panel visibility, more high contrast keyboard options for Samsung Keyboard, and new clock styles for the lock screen and Always On Display.

Check for updates manually by going into Settings > Software update > Download updates manually. It will take couple of days for the OTA update to hit all devices as the update will be rolled out in phases.
